What to expect during a Home Inspection
Step #1
Select your preferred Home Inspector and schedule your inspection. We highly recommend that you attend the inspection if at all possible. This will be the longest period of time that you will spend in the house after the showing and before the purchase of your home. Being present will give you an opportunity to ask questions and to learn a little bit more about your future home.
Step #2
The purchase of a home is one of your biggest investments that you will make. Therefore, the inspection will last anywhere from 2 to 3 hours depending on the size and condition of the home. We will inspect the current condition of the home, based upon The Texas Real Estate Inspector Standards of Practice.
Step #3
You will receive a detailed, and easy to read Property Inspection Report, which includes color photos and a summary report of items inspected and deficiencies found. The report will be emailed or delivered to you within 24 hours of initial inspection.
